Digital transformation, through the concept of Society 5.0, is transforming the education sector by utilizing artificial intelligence to improve the quality of learning. The implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah offers more personalized and adaptive learning, supporting 21st century skills. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, educator readiness, and resistance to changing traditional teaching methods are still obstacles. This study examines the potential and challenges of implementing Artificial Intelligence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, using the literature research method. The results show that Artificial Intelligence can improve the personalization of learning and evaluation, but requires teacher training, Artificial Intelligence-based curriculum development, and equal access to technology to overcome these challenges.
